Dorothy Herman

Dorothy Herman, Dottie, is the quintessential New York success story. In only two decades, she climbed to the pinnacle of the housing industry – CEO of Douglas Elliman Real Estate, the #4 ranked real estate company in the United States.

Today, under her leadership, Douglas Elliman is New York’s largest residential brokerage, with over 3,800 real estate professionals and 675 employees working in more than 60 offices in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Long Island, the Hamptons and the North Fork, Westchester and Riverdale.

Dottie created a company that serves the customer’s every real estate need. In addition to leading New York’s largest residential real estate brokerage and rentals, she also controls a portfolio of real estate services, including commercial and retail leasing and sales, relocation and settling in services, new development consulting and also Manhattan’s largest residential property manager, Douglas Elliman Property Management, as well as DE Title, and DE Capital Mortgage.

Jonathan Miller

Jonathan Miller, President and CEO of Miller Samuel, a leading real estate appraisal and consulting firm he co-founded in 1986. His firm provides appraisal services on roughly $5 billion worth of property per year in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Long Island, The Hamptons/North Fork, Westchester County, NY and Fairfield County, CT. He is also the co-founder of Miller Cicero, LLC, a commercial real estate advisory service covering the New York City metropolitan area. Jonathan is a state certified real estate appraiser in New York and Connecticut and he performs court testimony as an expert witness in local, state and federal courts.

Ace Watanasuparp

As the President and CEO of DE Capital mortgage, Douglas Elliman’s lending arm and joint venture with Wells Fargo, Ace Watanasuparp has exceeded expectations by expanding into new markets and capturing unprecedented market share in purchase financing as well as refinancing. His reputation has allowed him to attract talented loan officers within every region we service. After graduating from the University of Connecticut in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance, Watanasuparp began his mortgage industry career as a loan officer with Citibank in Queens. By 2005, he was ranked the sixth highest producer in the United States for a total funded volume of $189 million. That same year, he enrolled in New York University’s School of Law.

In 2006, Watanasuparp was recruited to grow market share for Bank of America in Queens as a Branch Manager. Under his leadership, he recruited 23 diverse loan officers in just 8 months and by 2008 his branch was tied with Manhattan for the #1 office in the Northeast Region.

Noticing his talents, Wells Fargo recruited him to be the Sales Manager for Queens as well as for its joint venture, DE Capital Mortgage, LLC, which has offices in all 5 boroughs as well as Westchester, Long Island, and the Hamptons.

A native New Yorker of Thai and Taiwanese ancestry, Watanasuparp became the first Asian-American in the University of Connecticut’s history to “walk on” to the prestigious men’s basketball team. As a child, he worked with his parents in their restaurant business, and went on to found the Chace Restaurant Group, a full-service marketing, branding, and design group for the restaurant industry.

Tracy Becker

Tracy Becker is the President and CEO of North Shore Advisory, Inc., a leading Credit Restoration Company and Elite Credit Services, which specializes in credit monitoring and education. Tracy has published two books, most recently “Credit Score Power” to help consumers navigate the confusing credit score maze. She has been improving both consumer and business credit as well as educating professionals for over two decades. Her services help position her clients to have the most opportunity and savings great credit can offer. By working with thousands of banking and real estate professionals’, studying tens of thousands of credit profiles, and increasing credit scores dramatically she has become a highly respected expert in her field. Tracy has in depth knowledge of the credit scoring systems, how to build healthy credit, and the details of what diminishes credit scores. Tracy is the author of many credit articles published in Accounting Today, American Banker, and CPA Journal, to name a few. She has been featured in Investment News.
