Q: Can I pay monthly maintenance to Douglas Elliman, my building manager, using my credit card?
A: We are in the process of rolling out our new capabilities as to rent, maintenance, and common charge collections. These capabilities include electronic banking, and yes, credit card payments. We will have launched these new features in 25 buildings by the end of April, and hope to have them up and running in all buildings in our portfolio by the third quarter this year.
